Airport support
Hangzhou airport's international service center offers help with SIM cards, mobile payment setup and tourism information. Use it before leaving the terminal if your phone or payment setup is incomplete.
West Lake scale
The lake perimeter is approximately 15 kilometers. Choose one shore and one causeway rather than attempting the full circuit on a first visit.
Payment backup
International visitors can use supported mobile payments, bank cards and RMB cash. Keep at least two methods available for boats, transport and small purchases.
